How to pay your rent
Direct Debit
To set up a direct debit with us, you can call us on 0208 800 9606 Option 3 or by completing the direct debit form.
Internet payment
Payments can be made securely online payments at any time at www.allpayments.net using the Payment Reference Number (PRN) from your swipe card or barcode and your bank card.
Telephone payments
For those who do not have access to make online payments, this simple automated telephone system 0844 557 8321 enables payments to be taken over the phone. Residents will need their PRN (all calls to 0844 numbers will be charged 7p per minute plus your phone company’s access charge, which may vary depending on the provider.) You can also contact us on 0208 800 9606 Option 3 to speak to one of our team.
Allpay App
The Allpay app is available to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play enabling you to pay your rent from your Apple or Android smartphone.
Text payments
Even without a smartphone, customers can register and make payments after a brief registration online at www.allpayments.net/textpay
Paying by cash or card at a shop
Look out for the PayPoint logo at local shops or post offices – this means you can pay rent there. Make sure you remember to take your rent card and know your account number, otherwise we won’t be able to match the money you’ve paid to your rent account. Please note we cannot accept cash payments at any of our offices.
Transfer money from your bank
You can transfer money through your online banking app / account. How you do this will depend on which bank you’re with, but you will need the following details:
