Benefits advice and welfare services

How can we help?

We have a dedicated income team who are always on hand to help you with your rent account. They are responsible for collecting rent and service charges, and if you struggle to keep up to date with your rent payments, they are here to support you. They will give you advice and guidance to help you sustain your tenancy, which includes advice on welfare and housing benefit entitlements, as well as signposting you for specialist debt advice.

We have a dedicated Welfare and Safeguarding Officer who is here to provide additional support to those who need it the most. We can help with benefits advice for entitlements, your tenancy, fuel or food poverty. We will help you make links with our community partners and create step-by-step support plans to get you where you need to be.
